Who can exhibit?
Startups, companies, universities, hubs and public institutions with a product, service or programme to show.
How much does a stand cost?
XAF 25,000–50,000 per stand, depending on category and location. Each stand comes with a table, two chairs and a basic power point.
Where and when is the exhibition?
On the main day, Saturday 14 November 2026, at Mountain Hotel, Buea. There are 50 stands for startups and companies.
Do sponsors get stands?
Yes. Every sponsorship tier from Bronze to Diamond includes a stand: standard for Bronze to Gold, premium for Platinum and a double stand for Diamond.
When do I set up?
Set-up times are sent to confirmed exhibitors with the floor plan.
